You can buy a butthead userhead now. (among other things.) Lookit!
I was able to ascertain that the first two listed are the stylized japanese userheads that you can buy, and those will result in a charitable contribution to Doctors without Borders in Japan. I bought one, but I also bought a leprechaun one. hee.
