Deepest Sender vs Semagic
I want to see how well Deepest Sender works. So far I do kind of like the way the interface looks. I like that I don't have to have a separate program running since this is just embedded in Firefox. That's kind of cool... as long as the posting doesn't do some some weird shit I may switch.
K... posting looks fine.. the only thing RIGHT off is that it doesn't have the ability to auto-detect music... Seems like I saw some kind of plug-in for that. Also, the tool to insert a LJ user isn't as clean functioning as Semagic.
Other nice thing about this is that you can edit the last post AND still have essentially the same window... Semagic only pulls up the code for editing the post... which can be kind of annoying if you're trying to fix something besides just your text. I do miss the auto detect feature for my music though.
I tell you what I would LOVE to see though, is the ability to correct more than just the most recent entry. That may be a LJ fault though.
