No... it didn't change color... it's a totally different egg from the one that was here earlier today. And I want to see what's in this gold egg! I think it's a rare.

Naw. I just haven't named them yet. I wanted to wait and see their sexes before I gave them names. They'll grow up just fine without names. We just didn't understand the system too well, and so they didn't get enough views I think. these ones are doing much better I think. I checked the ratios which appear to be about 21:3:1 and right now my ratios seem to be ok.

OH! I mistakenly thought they were born with names already in place. Okay...rules out that theory.

BTW...I'm now out of debt! YEAH!!!!! Was at my wits end about a week ago, and begged Gerry for an answer how to get this all fixed. I heard him chuckle and say "That's what the annuity is for."

So I talked to the agent, and he said yes we could do that and STILL give me 5 1/2 years of monthly income. WHOO HOOO!

Loans are paid off, except for the student loan which has been deferred until around March of next year. And the IRS can kiss my Irish ass....I was in debt because of all the death taxes. Had to take out a loan against my life insurance policy in order to get all that paid off....and was in debt...and....well....it's all behind me now.

Oh my gosh!! I've been so busy the last couple of days, and offline, and I didn't even know two of mine had hatched! Eeeek!

Now I'll click madly on all the others, just to make sure they all hatch and grow too. Thank you for posting these again!

We-e-e-e-l-l-l that's part of it, but I also have the code for MY egg in a little notepad, and then when I look at an egg I find, I plug in those four all so important letters in place of the ones for mine, and then plug each one in. I'm not sure, but I think you should be able to just select my post and then paste it into a new post? I'm not sure. I have not tried that with LJ's entry interface because I use Semagic and I can paste down stuff like that and it knows what to do with it to make it right.

For example the code for lyrangalia's new eggy looks like this:

I have that saved in a little text file so I can just plug in the four digits I need for whichever egg I add. The all important part that makes it uniquely her egg is the four digits e2pa that is at the end of the two links.
See the 4 digits I made red there? (just ignore where LJ made links. They aren't complete and I can't figure out how to stop LJ from making automatic links because it thinks it sees a linky.) I just plug in the four digits that apply in there, and that's what I put for each egg.

Yay! theys' grown. I have to think up names for them now.

Storms... no not really. I was out riding my bike until about 7:30... or 8... we got a little cloudy and then a few sprinkles at one point... but it never did actually rain that I know of.. that's ok.. i'ts August. It's not supposed to rain in August. It's supposed to be hot and dry.
