First Amendment only for Monotheists?

I know some of you fellow pagans probably got emails to this effect from me. I'm just passing it on from another who sent it to me, because I agree that it's important. Please spread the word on this issue.

This is a case similar to that of Patrick Stewart who's widow was denied (and ultimately due to our work and huge public outrcy, granted) the right to put the appropriate emblem, (the pentagram) on the headstone of her husband's grave in a military cemetery after he sacrificed his own life to protect the rights (including religious freedom) of people just like him.

In this case, a wiccan chaplain is being denied the right to apply for a paid chaplaincy in the California State prison system. The reason? California has a policy known as the 'Five Faiths Policy', which means the hiring for paid chaplaincy is limited to two Christian sects, two other monotheistic faiths of Judaic origin, and one other broad based religion. Only Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Muslim, or 'Native American', Chaplains need apply.

This needs to be spread around, and we need to start writing letters.
