A direct solution to this unwanted person....change the locks on the house - ALL the locks, and toss his things out into the middle of the driveway.

Plus call the cops and swear out a complaint against him..oh...perhaps fearing he might get violent against you your property and your daughter. They'd take that quite seriously.

Quite honestly I cannot see WHY you put up with his nonsense for so damned long!
