Quick Note

Just an FYI. Thanks to everyone who donated towards my fund raising goal for MS.  My individual goal for the team has been met now and I can (and will) ride.  One of the other team members though, is still struggling to get to that goal before the deadline so she can ride with us.  So if anyone who wanted to donate and hadn't had the chance yet due to paydays and stuff, it would be great if you'd throw in your lot with Tracy.  She's had a lot going on and hasn't had a lot of time to really work towards raising those funds.

Here's the linky: http://www.nationalmssociety.org/site/TR?pg=personal&fr_id=2020&px=1835202

Feel free to pick it up and share it around too.  Thanks again for helping me meet my goals.  I'm terrified, but I know I can do it and I'm so excited to be a part of the MS 150 this year.  When I finish, I fully intend to pick up my bike and hold it over my head like the guy in the Start to Finish logo.

Thanks. I keep saying that I'm terrified, but I know now that I can do it. And I man to pick that bike up and wave it over my head too. ^__^

how far is it again? 150 miles? I had a friend who used to do ragbrie (sp?) the ride across Iowa. She used to do centurion races a lot. I'd drive and pick her up at the end (since bikes scare me)

Yah it's 150 total... 75 miles a day. however, we have the option of riding 50 each day and not taking the extra 25 mile loop. You have to reach the turn off for that loop by noon to do it anyway. We'll see ... We're aiming for the 150, but it depends on how our pace clocks out.
