New Year's Anti Resolutions.

So, [livejournal.com profile] evil_little_dog sent me a Resolution-0-Matic New Years card. Which is good.. because I do not make resolutions. I consider them to be a way to set myself up for failure. Seems like a good way to be disappointed in myself, and really I have enough disappointment lately.

My results? Hahaha...

  • Loose 77 lbs. **I will weigh 70 lbs then.  (eww)

  • Stop going **I will NEVER lose 77 lbs if I stop going.

  • Be more soothing **with my speaking voice? Hrm... I'd have to sing everytime I wanted to say something.

  • Start getting **YES.... I WANT THAT!!!

  • Be less sweet **I've already been getting less sweet. Much further and I might get mean.

  • Have every day. **I plan to have every day. What I really want is for Dad to have every day. EVERY day. That's what I want.

Also, this is a test. I want to see if the entry area will also have the graphical bullets when I bullet something out like this. ^_^

Yes he is your Daddy. But would you want him to be torn up with pain and fear? I wanted Gerry to have every day as long as possible....and look what it caused him?

I'm of the opinion that the Goddess knows what is best. Wanting something and wishing for it are two different things. The Goddess also knows that when I say I want it, that I mean I want him well. I have faith that She is not going to play Genie games with me.

I'm not afraid of his death, I just don't want it. The fact is, I have asked over and over, and unfortunately, the answer I keep getting is more or less 'no'. And I don't want to accept that until I have to... but it's like She is shaking her head.
